Charles Brian Miller, MSNA, APRN, CRNA, is the CEO and Co-Founder of Scenic City Neurotherapy, a globally recognized neurotherapy provider specializing in treatment-resistant conditions. With extensive expertise in psychoplastogenic treatments for mood disorders, chronic pain, and neurodegeneration, Charles is a national speaker and educator on neuro-regenerative therapies, including Ketamine Infusion Therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
Charles has a background in anesthesiology, having practiced as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Chattanooga, TN for the majority of his career. He is proficient in all forms of anesthesia and has furthered the adoption of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols in his community.
A dedicated educator, Charles serves as a clinical educator, guest lecturer, and community expert advisor for the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, focusing on psychoplastogenic therapies and techniques. He is also a founding member of the Osmind Community Advisory Board, furthering the development of mental health treatment for over 1000 psychiatric and mental health professionals.
Throughout his career, Charles has delivered more than 300 professional presentations and lectures on ketamine infusion, addiction treatment, and psychoplastogens in chronic pain for providers internationally and in his community. His work has been instrumental in advancing both patient care and clinical practices in these specialized areas.
Charles as been married 25 years to his high school sweetheart, Ami, who applies her business acumen as CEO and Co-Founder of Scenic City Neurotherapy in Chattanooga, TN. Charles along with his CRNA team have administered more than 25,000 IV ketamine infusions for mental health and chronic pain conditions over the last six years. Charles and Ami, along with their 12 office and clinical staff, are building a pathway to better access to novel treatments for veterans, first responders, nurses, and soon everyone. Charles and Ami have two sons (24 &22 years old) and one daughter (16 years old) who are all still reside in the Chattanooga area.
