Donna Keeney is the CRNA Manager of Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Ambulatory Division in Nashville, TN. She has over 21 years of clinical experience as a CRNA with the past 6 years of that in her current leadership role. She has an interest in wellness topics as they relate to the health workforce and the practice of nurse anesthesia. She has presented nationally on the topics of workplace wellness, supporative leadership, and student/resident nurse anesthetist well-being. Donna currently serves as the Chair for AANA's Wellness Committee for 2025, she was Chair for the Health and Wellness Committee in 2024, and served on the committee in 2023 as well. She has also served on TANA's Wellness Committee for the past 2 years.
