Dr. Ross is the Data Analysis and Coding Director in the Department of Patient Safety and Risk Management at the Doctors Company. She is a registered nurse with varied clinical and administrative experience. She has worked in risk management for almost 25 years twenty years. In her current position, Dr. Ross analyzes data from malpractice claims for studies and interacts with various researchers and organizations to use data in patient safety research.
She has served on the Ohio Nurses Association’s Health Policy Council for six years and was elected as the Director for Research for the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses for two terms.
