Thomas L. Minges, DNP, CRNA, CDCA, FAANA (he/him/his)

Dr. Minges is faculty with the University of Cincinnati Nurse Anesthesia Program who serves as the DNP Project Coordinator and the Obstetric Clinical Rotation Coordinator. He is intricately involved in the Obstetric Anesthesia Education at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for Nurse Anesthesiology Students, Resident Medical Doctors, and new hire Nurse Anesthesiologists. This includes leading the cadaveric obstetrical anesthesia simulation, obstetrical trainee orientation, and interdisciplinary obstetrical hemorrhage education. At a State Level, he was appointed in 2025 to serve on Ohio's Pregnancy-Associated Mortality Review Committee (PAMR). Nationally, he is member of the AANA Simulation Committee with a focus in obstetrical crisis management and is one of the core facutly for the AANA’s Spinal and Epidural Workshop.
