Brett Maxfield is currently the Director of Madison Avenue Surgery Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and the President and CEO of Maxfield Healthcare Solutions, an international surgical consulting firm based in Southeastern Idaho. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho, and the University of Michigan-Flint Anesthesia Program, and has been a CRNA since 2009. He also an owner in a multi-specialty surgical center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, an international surveyor for Quad A, and a guest reviewer for Becker’s Healthcare Review. He also enjoys teaching and currently lectures independently and also for both Twin Oaks Anesthesia Seminars and the 1099 Success Academy. Mr. Maxfield currently lives in Rigby, Idaho with his wife and three children.
