Julie Rossberger is the Manager of Member Engagement and Experience at the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). In this role, she supports the membership through new member onboarding, developing engagement opportunities and identifying the needs of new members. Prior to joining AANA, Julie served as an Education Project Specialist at the Emergency Nurses Association, where she successfully managed the educational programs for ENA’s conferences, webinars, and regional meetings. With over 12 years of experience in Healthcare Association Management, Julie has a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives within several nonprofit organizations, always focused on enhancing member experiences and advancing educational opportunities.
