Remarkable advances in anesthesiology have occurred during my four-decade career. Still, I would be remiss, arguably negligent, if I did not identify some errors, lapses, and myopic behaviors my generation of healthcare providers are responsible for. CRNAs find themselves enviably positioned and empowered with the knowledge, skill, and insight to make a difference—even at the individual, grassroots level. I hope to cite a few actionable areas where we can influence local, domestic, and even global thought and enterprise. “Kicking the can down the road” is no longer tolerable in 2025.
Class A credit can only be earned for participation in synchronous learning via live in-person or live webinar sessions. In-person attendees can only receive Class A credit for the sessions they attend live.
